Meeting Local Needs with Proven Leadership

Jennifer Pippin is a family-first conservative leader, longtime Indian River County resident, and dedicated wife and mother of two children. Born and raised in Florida, Jennifer was married in Indian River County, her children were born here, and her entire immediate family lives and works in this community. She understands firsthand what it means to invest in the place you call home.

Jennifer has been with her husband for 19 years, and together they have built their life and raised their family in Indian River County. Their son is 17 years old and a current junior at Sebastian River High School and will be attending Northwest Lineman College next year. Her daughter is 20 years old and currently attending Indian River State College and plans to transfer to the University of Florida, working toward her goal of attending law school.

Jennifer has built a record of leadership centered on accountability, transparency, and protecting taxpayers. As one of the founding chapter chairs of Moms for Liberty, serving from 2020–2025, also serving as Legislative Chair for M4L 2021–2025 as well, she led a grassroots movement focused on government transparency, parental rights, and responsible oversight of public institutions. Her work required managing volunteers, organizing large-scale community engagement, working with elected officials, and advocating for policy change experience directly transferable to county-level leadership.

Her commitment to responsible government engagement began long before that. Jennifer served as President of the Vero Beach Elementary PTA (2011–2014), working collaboratively with families and administrators to strengthen outcomes and improve communication between leadership and the community.

At the state level, Jennifer was appointed to serve two consecutive years on the Florida Department of Education Library Media Review Committee (2023–2024), participated in Florida’s science curriculum adoption (2025), and was selected to serve on the state FAST test cut score committee in 2023 contributing to decisions impacting students statewide. She also served four years on the School District of Indian River County Code of Conduct Committee (2022–2025), ensuring standards, structure, and accountability within local institutions.

In 2025, Jennifer served on the curriculum adoption committee for Indian River County’s first Classical Magnet School and helped establish the national Grace and Justice Committee for Moms for Liberty.

Beyond education policy, Jennifer has demonstrated broad civic leadership. She served as Medical Liaison for the Tobacco Free Partnership of Indian River County (2021), Vice President of Professional Republican Women and Mothers (2021–2023), and as a member of the Republican Executive Committee (2020–2023). These roles strengthened her experience in budgeting awareness, community coalitions, public health initiatives, and local government engagement.

Her leadership has been recognized with the Taxpayers of Indian River Ted Brown Award in 2021 alongside Tiffany Justice, as well as the Abigail Adams Moms for Liberty Award for Public Policy in 2023.

Jennifer Pippin brings a record of standing up, speaking out, and delivering results. She believes county government should prioritize residents first, safeguard taxpayer dollars, maintain safe and thriving communities, and operate with full transparency. She is committed to ensuring Indian River County remains fiscally responsible, economically strong, and accountable to the people it serves.

"The same accountability I brought to our schools, I am bringing to county government. Same fight. Bigger arena." - Jennifer Pippin

“I support Sheriff Flowers and I support our taxpayers. Both can be true. Our deputies deserve competitive pay — that is a public safety issue, not a political issue. But we also owe it to every homeowner and retiree in Indian River County to make sure we are spending responsibly and planning for the long term. As your commissioner, I will bring both sides to the table and find a sustainable solution. That is what accountability looks like — and that is what I have been doing for six years.”

— Jennifer Pippin
